  1. At the moment I'm using my A1200 for Programming in AMOS and I've finally
  2. decided to splash out for an accelerator. I've seen that a lot fo you guys
  3. are using accelerators or faster machines, so can someone give me some
  4. advice on what would be the best (less than 200pounds) board?

  6. I'm torn between...
  7.  
  8. 1) 1230/25Mhz MMU FPU 16Meg Memory 
  9.    Advantages:     Possibility of virtual memory   
  10.    Disadvantages:  Slower than 2)
  11.  
  12. 2) 1230/50Mzh NoMMU FPU 8Meg Memory
  13.    Advantages:     Faster than 1)
  14.    Disadvantages:  Less Memory, No Virtual Memory capability.

  16. Hopefully this is only until I upgrade to a Power Amiga Late '97/Early '98 ;-)
